  Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and include the original footwear box if applicable.

  Visit our online portal or bring your receipt to any TC Running Co retail location to start your return or exchange process.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send your gear back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange immediately.
